Do not trust these people. they dont even have any phone number to connect and neither do they respond to queries. I am yet to get any response from either LG or Delhivery.. They are thieves

I have placed my order from Amazon, delivery boy called me 3 days asking for address and then said some excuses and promised that the they will deliver the product on next day. But they did not deliver the product to me, instead in amazon they updated that i requested for delay delivery for 3 consecutive days and they returned the product back to seller. I have all the call recordings, and sent to Amazon. very irresponsible courier service.

They usually don't deliver within given time. Especially if the good is heavy and bulky, and expects you to take from there. Just posting the review for common people's awareness. The setup don't care about any negative reviews!

Rating 1 star because there's no option for 0 star or negative. Worst service. Services like DTDC and Fedex are much better than this scam company and their incompetent delivery people. My order is being delayed for a week and I have no option to contact them since these people removed phone number from everywhere. They give me a missed call and say that the order cannot be delivered since I didnt answer on time and they went ahead. This was told after I called them within 5 mins. Their stupid email people never respond and the twitter helpline is a joke. Better to throw the package in the sea than giving it to these useless people.

Every sellers depending this courier service to send their products to customers, so i think this is highly rated parter for sellers, mostly shipping home appliances like big products. I'm telling about the Employees who worked there, not are everyone but some, some people behaviour is irresponsible, rude character to customers, they don't like to work just coming for money. This is a customer service work so management need to arrange their staff for training "how to behave our customer".

Drivers coming on trucks needs to be careful while entering into the compound..I have noticed drivers just cross across that curve at entrance causing people to hit hard on brakes because they don't expect coming in opposite lane..

Quite acceptable service. Best not to wait for them to bring items to your door. Nowadays when almost everybody has a car or bike that shouldn't be too difficult. Most small items that I have received have been delivered promptly and efficiently.

I have an order delivered by delhivery. When the delivery person came, only my aged mother was present at home. When she asked the delivery person to give it to her at our porch, he told her that he would throw it inside the gate. Thus she was forced to go and get it herself. It was a very rude behaviour from the delivery person towards an elderly person

Take left from Mannanthala Junction and travel through Mukkolakkal road about 500 meters to reach this place. This is their major hub in TV district. You can easily notice this place irrespective of vehicles you are travelling. If you want to know a land mark please ask for Police station. I have no troubles at all. My friend is working here as delivery boy here. Anyway nice place with lot of parking area in front.

Third rated courier service ,Highly recommend to never ever waste your time with this delhivery courier guys in Thiruvananthapuram .Delivery boys never ever call the customers and they simply return goods to the sender.

Worst courier service in Thiruvananthapuram. They force us to collect our goods from their back office/hub by rescheduling the delivery stating that they've attempted delivery but residence was locked(but it was never so). Even if we go to collect the goods from their hub( for which we've already paid delivery charges while shopping) they treat us like we've gone there to get something free. They'll make us wait for so long. There is no contact number in google listings and even when we go there and ask for contact number of that back office(which they call as hub), they'll say we won't give any contact number, that too harshly.
