3rd bad experience with them. Worst courier service. They will not deliver the product, instead they will ask the customer to collect it from their office. If you will not collect it from their office, they will return the parcel. Very rude behavior. They need moral education lessons. Each time they have one excuse- "We have shortage of staff. So we can't deliver it. You need to collect it from our office ". Why the hell you open the office if you have no staff.
