The worst experience in my life.They are not delivering packages properly.The staff having rude behaviour to us and cancelling the orders without calling.Very bad service..they have not know how to handle customers. Staffs are very roughly speaking and no respect to the customer.Very bad service... actually I don't like to give 1 star for this service.... without rating I can't give review

Very bad experience, No action has been taken even after repeated complaints. The item not yet delivered after the delivery date and the customer handling was too bad while visiting the hub. If there is an option to put 0 star I will surely chose that one.

Even this one star is also not deserving for Delhivery. SUCH AN IRRESPONSIBLE PEOPLE. Didn't delivered my order by their irresponsible attitude. I made my order on May 14 and expected delivery date was 19th. But this team contacted me on May 28 and came to delivery my order at my home without collecting the product from distribution point. He convinced to make the delivery next day, which he didn't. The day after that I contacted the Supervisor of Delhivery Muvattupuzha. He said the delivery will be made within 2 days. Afternoon the delivery boy called and confirmed my location. In evening, he said can't make the delivery as it has been 5.30pm and he was in a junction which is just 3km from my location. The delivery boy was not willing to travel 3km to delivery my order. Then after all these dramas, they didn't contacted me for 2 days. I again contacted the Supervisor for clarification. He promised to deliver on next day and also gave contact info of the other delivery boy. Next morning I called delivery boy to confirm at what time will he delivery my order. But he responded vaguely. And again failed to make delivery on this day. Next day, I tried contacting both Supervisor and delivery boy from noon. But they didn't answer to call. In the evening, 7.30pm the delivery boy pick the call, when I contacted him from other number. He asked me to contact his Supervisor. Atlast I took address of his distribution point and said I will come and collect my order. When visited distribution point, I came to know that my order was auto returned due to delivery fail for 3 times, which wasn't my fault 😑. Now it's been one week, I contacted the Supervisor to know about my refund. Now he claims that order is auto returned which is not under his control. So asked me to make complaint in Amazon portal regarding the same to get my refund, for which he is not responsible. In Amazon portal, the return details aren't yet reflected 🤷‍♀️. Now when asking for clarification, the Delhivery Muvattupuzha Supervisor is not responding properly and at the same time his tone and attitude sounds like delivery failure for 3 times as if like my fault.

Delivery service is really worse . My order was expected to be delivered on jun20. But neither it got delivered on time nor I got any information or notification on the current status of my order. On jun24 I went to the delivery center and checked for my order but got a very irresponsible response from their end.

I wish if there is a zero star i could give them that becouse the the behaviour of the delivery guy to customer like he is giving his family asset or something, we pay for that and his job is to deliver the product he actually doing that too but the problem is he literally raise his voice and he was like i am his delivery guy who has waiting for his parcel so long, such a terrible experiace with this and i really hope that they change or replace that guy.
