Would have given zero stars, delhivery/shyplite is a scam like service here is jammu DONOT ORDER VIA DELHIVERY/ SHYPLITE especially when you live around satwari and beyond, ordered a product reached next day in my city, but from that day onwards remained in the stockyard somehwere in Rs pura and for 3 consecutive days, it remained there, i tried calling delhivery but they dont have a number, emailed but no reply came back, called shyplite got the dealers number, he said product is out for delivery, will reach in 2 hours, but for two days it didnt reach, in status they marked delivered,the staff makes weird excuses and gives fake information r3garding delivery, upon calling 50th time they fi ally gave delivery. That too delivery person was in a hurry to go back if the gate didnt open Only one advise, donot order for delhivery, there is no customer care number and emailing is futile, wrote 15 emails but no reply
