4 stars are because of manager Mr. Sukhwinder as he is very polite person otherwise courier boy Mr. Jaswinder is very unprofessional, irresponsible, arrogant and rude. He opened my parcel without my consent but Thank God product inside it was not changed. He don't care if customers are waiting. I have to wait for 2 hours for him and then he said i have returned the parcel to Ludhiana Center. But when i asked the manager Mr. Sukhwinder he checked and found that my parcel was at Nawanshahr location and it was pending for delivery. There was no need to return to Ludhiana office. Mr. Jaswinder & a person from Baba Courier Balachaur was trying to humiliate me because i asked them why they opened the parcel box without my consent. Delhivery Nawanshahr office is providing very good service but courier boys are decreasing their reputation.
