I have 2 major concerns which I want to share with others customers : 1. First of all my package was reached on 27th Oct but everyday they used to reschedule and didn't deliver. I had to visit on 30th Oct when I got holiday and collected. They said we don't have service to your place. Not sure how? Why they bring my parcel then. Also during these 4 days they didn't call me and I couldn't get their contact anywhere. Rediculous service and staff. 2. The office is located very inside of the town and noone could help me locating and also Google has not the exact address. I had to search for an hour to get the address. Sharing the landmark below for others: New Mishra colony, Hatatota, Talcher. When you enter new Mishra colony, go straight till end and take right. After 100m you get the location. (Suggestion: try to avoid this delivery if possible, go for it only if you don't have any other options in this rural area)

The office is at a isolated place and it will take considerable time to find the place. though the staffs are well behaved and helpful, but delhivery should install some placards near the main road showing directions to the office .
