There was heavy rainfall in haflong because of which network was not available in the area for almost a week and the delivery agent canceled the ordered on its own and returned back the package without my knowledge. Very bad experience.

This particular Delhivery associate Kunal tried over-pricing my order of Rs.265 as 365 and my father's parcel amounting to Rs.400 as 500 a month back. When I realized and called him he said it was some issue with the app because of which he might have overcharged and promised to return the money the next day. He did not call me the next day but luckily my sister had her order coming in and I went and confronted Kunal. This happened on 21st June 2021. Again on 17th July 2021 he tried delivering a PRE -PAID product for which he tried CHARGING us Rs. 499/- saying it was COD. I filmed the whole event unfold and when confronted again he said 'aadmi se galati ho jata hei'. Did not even take responsibility for the mistake which he very surely did knowingly to pocket the extra money. I'd also add that we found the parcel's parts were gouged out esp the PRE-PAID label (see picture attached for proof). When I asked my father if similar happened to his parcel he attested that he did find several labels of his order had been scratched out and he might have had to pay extra also. He just did not realize it. And believe me I have orderedb stuff online in Haflong,Guwahati and Bangalore and this overcharging mistake has happened only in Haflong with Kunal. Did not have any problen with any other delivery associates in either of the three places. I am yet to give in a formal complaint to Delhivery's haflong office though. I have a parcel coming in today from Delhivery but no details of my parcel has been sent to me today. After the 17th July incident I doubt Kunal will even try delivering. Lets see how it goes. If my product which is out for delivery does not reach me today I'm going to the Delhivery office tmrw with videographic proof of the 17th July incident. 20th July 5.30 pm A nice guy from Delhivery came and delivered my package. He said he heard about what Kunal did and said it was the reason why he himself came to deliver my product. Thanks to Delhivery Haflong for the quick response.

The delivery agent they hired for the work are so irresponsible I don't even wanna receive any of my parcel from them again ,I understand due to the pandemic going on there may be issue with the timing an all but how can you guys tell me to receive my package at the office, after making me wait for the whole day you guys were the one who called an said that you were going to deliver the package , an it wouldn't have mattered to me if it was nearby my area I could have picked-up at the office myself but the distances from your damn office an my place was miles away please stop your services if you can't handle the work properly

The delivery guys contacted but didn't showed up ...one day have passed but no sign of my package...when contacted he was very rude to me...if possible shut it down as they never approve for home dilevery...and we always newd to pick out packages from the office ...the dilevery agents are just taking salary for not even performing their duties
