Very worst experience ever I had with Delhivery. Why these people running this useless courier service? From 8.4.22 to till date (19.4.22) no response from them & no material received. I'm still waiting for my parcel. Somebody please help. No star can be given to them.

I had experienced worst service from delhivery. No timely response or no contact to customer service. Ms. Preethi from Polivakam branch was very irresponsible and sarcastic with her response when asked about the courier. “The shipment AWB () has been delivered on November 03, 2021, at the consignee's registered shipping address with OTP Verified delivery remarks. “ This is the reply I got from the customer service after collecting the document from them with all the struggles. My brother had to travel from Bangalore just to collect the document from chennai branch which was supposed to be delivered by them. They had to search the entire hub for more than a day to find the document (see how irresponsible they are). It was a legal document if lost who will take the responsibility?Imagine the time taken for express delivery is 16 days then what about regular? Never ever will I send any document through Delhivery again. DON’T SEND ANYTHING THROUGH THEM…
