Delhivery u have no future as ilu don't know what customer delight means. Ridiculous service, brands ship & their products on/before time but it's u guys who ruin their process. I've ordered so many items from different portals but wherever delivery partner is Delhivery, I've always face delays in delivery. What do u do with our products by keeping with with u?.. don't u understand that customers are eagerly waiting for their products.

I wish there was a negative rating system also. I would have given them max minus rating. Very poor service. Since past 4 days my consignment is with them and they are not delivering it. Daily they keep on rescheduling it. There is no customer care system where we can contact them.
