The worst bad service i had ever seen in my life. i am a reseller & i have odered a product from a app the delevery date was on 2022 sep 7 the product arrived at adoor delhivery office on sep 7 and when i try to track my order and was showing bad weather condition delevery cants be possible for the 4 days. Today they called my costumer from the delhivery office adoor & said to my costumer that my product and the dealing is not in appropriate. And they returned the product without informing the costumer and me. Very disgusting experience with this courier service (delhivery adoor). I have the call record in my hand that they had called my costumer and telled wrong informations to my costumer.

One of the worst courier service. They will re-route your couriers to far away places and will always cause delays. Tracking also do not work. What they show to us in the tracker is not the real location of our courier... Very unprofessional.. I had 2 such incidents and my courier got delayed due to their irresponsible nature.

For god sake please provide a contact number..There is not a single valid contact number for the whole Delhivery company,atleast provide your personal contact so that we can enquire..Also once a delivery guy asked my location and I waited the whole day for him to arrive.. Atlast he called me and said he came very close to my home but he forgot to deliver my item.. How irresponsible they are!!!!

The delivery services is good so far.. but I had to go there at their office because they couldn't deliver two products.. only thing I found annoying was that I had to wait in front of their office for half an hour because people in charge of it where not there and they were not picking up the calls as well.

Worst experienced, not just once or twice multiple times I have dealt with them. They don’t have the resources to transfer even a medium sized package to nearby places. And the staffs doesn’t hesitate to threaten that the package will be sent back if not pick by us in next 24 hrs. They don’t even deserve one star which I have given. Staffs are not sensible or trained enough to deal with customers. Recently one of their staffs Mr. Jibu who was assigned to deliver a package was not delivered and forced my 61yr old father to pick 4 boxes from their Adoor branch.
