I had initially put a 1 star as I found not contact details for this place and when I drove to the address on the website a place like that doesn’t exist (edit: later I happen to know they are located near a Jacobite church in angamaly) but then I received a call from the delivery guy very sweet person I am very happy with the polite way they spoke and very happy over with the customer service. Please do update your office address and phone number if possible

Still now they don't delivered my products, I have order MI product from MI app, they sent me through this company, actually today I have to get the product. But they never contact me still now, from MI they call by saying the company try to call me but am not picking up there calls... I don't get any calls from them... Why you guys doing like this... If I don't get the product by tomorrow morning I will close your shop for ever.

Worst courier service ever. My company send me laptop for work from home purpose on urgent basis with the tracking ID as speed post and after tracking I came to know the courier has reached nearest hub Angamaly, I am receiving message with OTP that the courier will be delivered today for the past 3 days but no one is contacting me and not even delivering the product on time, this rubbish courier service don't even provide their contact number for any queries even, utter disappointment with this service, who will take responsibility for my pending days work? They also delete the older notifications so that their side looks clean.

i dont know if its the problem of google maps or if the address is wrongly provided my the company itself but i went there and COULDN'T FIND the delhivery facility here....and also we have to note that there is NO PHONE NUMBER provided ....so we can't call to correctly locate the facility or enquire about our delivery
