Save your time. Save your mental health. Do not use Delhivery. I repeat do not use it. It's a 3rd class courier company. There's no customer care, no reply over email,no reply over complaint. Once you handover your pickup. You are done. They do whatever they want with your package. They deliver it in around 3-4 weeks it might go longer. Usually they lose your package. They are unprofessional people given with big responsibility. Most of the time you will curse yourself. Switching to professional couriers avoids mental harassment by rejecting/Boycotting Delayvery. Imagine your package is stuck ? Now what would you do ? Call ? They have IVR so no real person will talk to you. No one cares about you. Common Issues that happen usually - (1) Pickup won't happen if you are returning something. (2) Long Delivery timing,others deliver at 3-4 days max. Delhivery takes 12-14 days in general. (3) Amazing Customer Support Team others have. They respond instantly. Email/Call/ Message away. In Delhivery no one exits. No customer care number ( IVR only). If a problem arises beg on Facebook/Twitter. Sometimes they reply sometimes they ignore like they fly in milk. No email reply. No ticket raised reply. (4) They mark your ordered delivered and keep themselves. Or instantly return to merchant. You will be surprised to know the product you have waited since 12 days has been marked delivered/returned without any phone call. (5) They don't respond to customers at all. When businesses such as big Flipkart/Amazon/Myntra pushes them heavily then they act bit in line otherwise unprofessionalism is their default nature.

Product received at 6:00 am on the website but the courier guy says it will be delivered in the afternoon. The delhivery office from my home distance is less than 2 km. Earlier I had to face the same problem two times. It is my most worst experience. Shame on Delhivery Goalpara.

Had the worst shipping experience in my entire life. It's been a 8days after the product reached nearest delhivery facility Goalpara but daily I will receive SMS that delivery will be attempted today but i dont receive the parcel. This happened with 3 of my parcels, 3 of them are in hub. Raised 2 query over few days but no response from them.

This place provides fast delivery in our area. I once visited their office for a undelivered order ,they are very cooperative to find my order. They delivers products which we order from various online store loke flipkart,snapdeal,etc. Overall a great service. #good_experience #faster
