My mother received a phone call today 26 August 2021 around 10 a.m saying that *her item could not be delivered because their vehicle was full of OTHER delivery items and if required we can go collect it from their warehouse* . First of all that's not how you do delivery when we are paying for it! I mean why do we have to go to your warehouse/office when you are assigned the job of doing it ?! Second the delivery guy was so rude! Please make sure you educate your delivery guys to be more logical and polite ! And lastly the very item that you could not deliver had been sitting in your warehouse for almost five days as shown by the tracking ID. This is not the first time, though previously the reasons were not to this extent .
