I ordered a package from Deyga organics. I didn't receive the delivery agent's number even on the day of delivery. There was no contact number available and I had to search google for further details. Finally I visited their Kanhangad office and got my package directly from them. There is no option in their app to change delivery address or phone number. Totally a horrible experience.

Delhivery courier is the other name for the worst service ever. Never ever choose the service. ÈDelivery boy behaviohr is so bad and using foul languages to customer. Whole Delhivery courier team have to go for a traing on Customer service and professionalism. Very irritaged for usi g their service.

I ordered for a spare part of my car and got it delivered via DELHIVERY . , Kanhangad Branch . The person who have came to deliver my product was unable to deliver the order as he says our gate was closed but gate was still open and we never lock gate till 10 pm and he didn't even managed to make an attempt and he has updated the status as " Consignee didn't receive otp " how can he get otp without contacting us ?..When we asked him regarding the same on the second delivery attempt he behaved disrespectfully rude and harsh and was totally impolite manner . Mistakes can happen to anyone but as he is working for Delhivery and as he is a staff working under Delhivery it is his duty to serve the customer and Answer their queries in a well manner instead When we have asked he bursted out stating gate was locked it wasn't locked it was still open.Very disappointed in customer satisfaction.

Another worst courier service. Few days back I had a courier received which was a COD. I got the intimation of delivery of courier through sms. They mentioned payment can be done by cash or card. So I did not keep the money as I intended to pay by card. When the delivery person reached my home, he said only cash payment is accepted. I said i don't have enough money in my hand to pay cash. He said, then courier can not be handed over.So I asked about the message where card payment is accepted is mentioned. Delivery person said sometimes there will be transaction issue so they accept only cash. Then I had to call the person who is sitting in office. That guy told me if you want to collect courier pay money or else courier will be returned back to office another attempt will be made on the next day. Also said if you want the courier collect at that time. I was surprised by hearing " venel adutha divasam vangicho cash tharand deliver cheyan soukaryam illanu". They don't have the sense to inform the customer prior delivery that they take only cash. This is not the first time happening with delhivery kanhangad. Its very hard to get the courier delivered on time even though my house is located 1.5 km from kanhangad town.
