Best courier service 😁 i have ever seen i have worried for my big parcel coming from Amazon as i updated wrong address mistakenly but they changed the address from dhamtari to korba and delivered safely for free of cost in korba. Now that is the real customer service. Thankyou so much..i will always use delhivery courier..

Wrost courier service i have ever experienced. I have ordered a product from Amazon and the product reached my location. But they didn't deliver and no message or phone call regarding delivery. Again i ordered the same product and unfortunately the seller again send the product with Delhivery. Again the same thing happened No phone call, No message and the product got delivered. It's my request to shutdown your service as soon as possible or else i will take a strong action against you. You are playing with our sentiments.

Just like everyone else has experienced. Delhivery is the worst delivery service in India. They never inform the customer about their parcel and return it on their own. No contact or message is provided to the customer. They're worst at the only job they are supposed to do.

My home address and landmark is available in product details but the delivery guy and the Manager never agreed to come and drop the product, I always been told to come and collect the product from main road even though all other courier services will come and do home delivery. The manager behavior is pathetic and unprofessional if you agreed to come to the point then only they Will Bring Your parcel of else it will get returned. Delhiver guy should also understand that there job is to deliver product not cancelling the product if there would have option for zero rating I would have given.
