Thirdclass courier service ever i have faced these many times and now too, they don't deliver big packages, actualy it says it's out for delivery but attempt to fail. And when i approch the office they said they call us even when they didn't call us.

Delhivery service in Kohima is annoying. You buy a product online, the seller sends it through their courier service and delivers it to your local courier office in your hometown which is just next door to your address compared to the address of the seller from yours. . The only problem is the local courier service fails to deliver it to your address . I doubt whether they even try attempting the delivery of some parcels before sending it back to its seller .I know you guys are very busy with your daily multiple deliveries and transactions . But this is not the first time it has happened. You guys don't even have the courtesy to contact us in any way to inform us that our parcel has arrived and that the product is undeliverable(my product is totally deliverable) to our address(my delivery address is right in the hub of town) or that the product is damaged or tampered with and that you are left with no option but to send it back to the seller . Areh...contact kuri Bina Bhai buini Khan , parcel toh seller ke wapaas napatha ageh teh.

Kohima known as the "capital" of nagaland has the worst courier services and they are at the top list in pathetic courier services. Atleast make a call to the customer before simply returning the packages. I would have happily come there to pick up my stuffs which was actually home delivery and paid extra for shipping because of it. Shut it down if you don't want to the services you are supposed to do.This place doesn't even deserve one star.

Everytime Amazon or Flipkart partners with Delhivery as third courier party, it's a nightmare. Multiple times I haven't received my orders even when the notification reads out for delivery
