Worst service. Delhivery agent who delivers at Tukcha and Skara, a woman, she’s extremely rude and not helpful at all. Takes order money and doesn’t delivers the order. Also calls 20 mins before reaching the location. Actually doesn’t even come at the location. Worst service ever !! Earlier it use to be good but after they have employed this new girl to Delhivery at Tukcha and skara. It sucks.

Worst ever service. 0/5 stars. My package has arrived in Leh since last 3 days and the app is changing the estimated delivery date everday. Even after physically reaching the office they do not bother to hand you the parcel. India post will provide you with a better service. Don't ever use this facility again. Delhivery is the worst service provider ever especially in Leh. I'll defame them in every way possible. Not going to use it ever again.

I don't know why has everyone given this place such bad reviews. I shipped an entire bike from Mumbai and it arrived in 7 days, 3 days prior to the estimated time. Upon arrival in the facility I got a call to ask me where does it have to be dropped. Reading the reviews here I thought its better I collect it. It wasn't hard to find, they have an office which is connected to the warehouse. The staff was very cooperative. Not only did they help me unwrap my bike but also fix it up, fuel it etc. Leh is a remote place. The facility operating here is more than one can ask for.

Pathetic service because first of all they delivered my parcel aftr 2 days. So it is a delayed service and they keep your parcel with them untill the estimated date of delivery which is shown in the tracking app it means if your pracel came early so they r not going ro deliver it early, they will deliver it as late as they can and second one is delivery boy rude attitude the way he speaks with you like he is doing a favour on us.. Totaly nonsense....

I ordered a product from Flipkart and the order did reached leh delivery centre but on the day it was supposed to be delivered it got cancelled and the reason was they "contacted" me several times but couldn't reach . nobody I mean nobody from delhivery service contacted me in the first place and I was waiting.
