I just hate this delivery service. They are so irresponsible and pathetic. My last order with Nykaa was a disaster as they had partnered with this service for delivery. Needless to say, we had to make many calls to the agent to get to the order. Also, my father had to go all the way and wait for the delivery man for more than an hour to get my order as the delivery man kept on delaying the delivery. Inspite of giving the exact address and contact number, what is the point in not calling the 'consignee'??? How messed up is their system? I really don't know why all those good shopping websites choose them. So disappointed. This is not the first time they have done something like this, it's their routine.
