I am extremely disappointed with the service and the attitude of the courier delivery staff as well as the department. The contact number available on Google was dialed multiple times, but the person did not respond properly and disconnected the call. The delivery boy is also not responding and does not answer the phone when called back. For the past few days, I have been trying to receive my parcel. The delivery boy calls and disconnects the call without even trying to understand or confirm the location. Despite this, I am receiving messages stating “customer unavailable”, which is completely incorrect and misleading. This unprofessional behaviour and poor service is causing unnecessary delay and inconvenience. I request your department to contact me at the earliest and resolve this issue immediately. If no action is taken, I will be compelled to post publicly regarding the poor service being provided to customers.
