We always face this issue with your courier service; deliveries are never made to the actual location or address. This delay is unacceptable and has caused considerable inconvenience. Despite waiting beyond the promised delivery date, I have not received any satisfactory update or resolution. I request you to provide an immediate update on the status of my order and ensure its delivery at the earliest.
