there is no accountability for there customer. worst service. without and intimation or call they auto cancelled the parcel delivery.

i got 3 parcels today, the service of the delivery man was very annoying, i recieved many parcels from the same man before, my address located in 3rd floor, he always used to stand in the ground floor, and ordered me to come down and collect the things ever. This problem i ever faced in your thanjavur branch. the delivery man name is Ashokraj jayachandran, mobile number 9080507011. He never gave respect to the customer and ill treated.Please take the necessary action on him. These guys are the reason ur company feed backs are getting as lower as possible. very very very worst experience i got from the same person from a long period
