Product not delivery for me , some one called we are calling Kallakurichi ekart branch , 04/11/2025 today time is too late sir kindly tell otp , we will delivery 05/11/2025 morning, but still not received product, first I hope ekart that only i told my phone num , kindly update ASAP

They lie and say the parcel has arrived, but when they call, they say they will call you when they arrive. But when they call back, they don't answer.

They said the parcel had arrived and called me, asked where it was, and said they would call me when they got there, but then they didn't get any information and didn't call me.

sending last week 1st of nov till date things are not delivered info updated wrong address without calling to the customer where they stay in very known society.
