Worst Delivery Experience of my life . The delivery person didn't even call me or contact me in any way and from 4 days my parcel is stuck in my own city muzaffarnagar. It's always written that you are not available at time of delivery. Worst Service ever. 😡😡ðŸ˜

Try to deliver on time and keep proper customer support so anyone can contact back when it's needed or at least send 3 digit pin to contact you. Not giving proper details horrible pathetic service

very very worst experience , they don't deliver at door steps (even to 2nd floor). they will ask to come to the street to collect the parcel. they will speak to the customer as if they are giving the parcel for free. they will update as if they have made attempt to deliver for few days and then cancel the order and resend back as if the customer has refused to accept their delivery
