At the time of Delivery , am not at home , but shared otp to the delivery agent , delivery person not given my parcel, they said I will give to ur neighbour bt he didn't. Only the name of the courier is professional but they are highly unprofessional. My consignment not received by the receiver it has been more than 20 days and no response by the courier service. My first and the last Experience.Will not suggest any of my family and friends about this courier service. Very Disappointed...
