I am extremely disappointed with the service regarding my order. I was informed that my order would be delivered on 10 June; however, as of 13 June, I have still not received it. This delay is unacceptable and has caused considerable inconvenience. Despite waiting beyond the promised delivery date, I have not received any satisfactory update or resolution. I request you to provide an immediate update on the status of my order and ensure its delivery at the earliest. If my order is not delivered today, I will be compelled to escalate this matter by filing a complaint with the appropriate e-commerce consumer grievance authorities.
