Dear eKart Logistics Team, I am writing to raise a concern regarding the delivery service for my Myntra exchange order, handled through eKart Logistics. The tracking number is [MYEP1074533239], and the delivery address is located in Salem (PIN: [636007]). The delivery for this order was attempted recently by a female delivery agent. Unfortunately, she refuses to deliver the package to my doorstep, even though my home is just 50 meters inside a small and accessible street. I usually walk out and collect it myself, but during emergencies when I’m unable to do so, I politely request doorstep delivery. Despite that, she shows an unwilling attitude and behaves in an immature and disrespectful manner. Only one day she reached me, remaining days she doesn't make a call and she simply rescheduling the order. And she is very disrespectful manner. I do not know her name, but I kindly request your team to check who was assigned this delivery based on my tracking number and location and take necessary action. This kind of repeated behavior causes inconvenience and should be addressed to ensure proper service standards. Kindly look into this matter and do the needful.
