I placed a prepaid order on September 11, but I have still not received my order. I was expecting the order to be delivered by September 15, but there has been no delivery yet, and the status is not even showing “Out for Delivery.” This is a very disappointing experience, especially regarding the way customer deliveries are being handled. I request you to please look into this issue urgently and provide a proper solution and an immediate update on my order. Please ensure that my order is delivered as soon as possible.

Delivery Agent neither attempted to deliver a product nor placed a call and a message came of failed delivery due to unavailability. Highly disappointed with this unprofessional attitude

delivery boy ask to me product OTP then they kept the product with them.product delivered shows in my flipkart order history. product name- cadbary dairymilk crakles chocolate, amount- 433/- ,and delivered date is 14/09/2026.
