A local courier company like yours is asked to deliver the parcel, but the delivery boy there has a very poor response. Even though I ordered a parcel in an emergency, it was not delivered till evening. I am not ready to talk to the office to collect it. There is no contact number and they talk in a very bad manner. My parcel has gone from Akota to Padra and the response from Padra is very bad.

Every order Provide local branch number online to customer . Becouse my parcle can't delever to me . And how it's possible it's cancelled from delever person without my CONSERN. I want my parcle I still wait a week gao . And it's cancelled how ..? They hurt my feelings. And I can't ask my local branch how becouse I don't have any number . I still depressed 😔

Saraiya muzaffarpur bihar branch need yo closed they are not delivering parcel yo door step

Item not delivered to given address and added self collect without my consent. When i reached saraiya office they did not give parcel and told they will deliver tomorrow. But today they returned it to supplier.
