विषय: ऑर्डर डिले होने के संबंध में शिकायत (Order ID: MYEP1136036867 मैसेज: नमस्ते, मैंने [13-09-2026] को जूते ऑर्डर किए थे। मेरा ऑर्डर पिछले 4 दिनों से 'Delayed' दिखा रहा है। कृपया मुझे इसकी सही स्थिति बताएं और डिलीवरी जल्द से जल्द करवाएं।

Very very Poor service.. bcz mera parcel 16 ya 17th of sept ko hi mere sabse nazdik hub me aa gya hai or expected delivery date 18th of sept dikhaya hai phir bhi abhi tak mera parcel out of delivery show nahi ho rha hai... Very very poor Ekart service hai.... Ye mera first or last service tha Ekart ke sath... Mera bas chale to poor se poor rating du saale ko.
