Item not delivered to given address and added self collect without my consent. When i reached saraiya office they did not give parcel and told they will deliver tomorrow. But today they returned it to supplier.

My parcel was opened and the product that I have ordered was replaced with a old shirt. I suspect the ekart courier delivery guy.
