Very Poor and Disappointing Service by Xpressbees! This is one of the worst courier services I have experienced. My shipment was expected to be delivered on 28 October 2026, but even on 29 October, the tracking status still shows “In Transit” from West Bengal to Assam. The delay and lack of a clear delivery update are extremely frustrating. Customers deserve timely delivery and reliable service, not endless waiting. Xpressbees seriously needs to improve its delivery system, customer service, and accountability. Highly disappointing experience. I would not recommend this courier service!

where is my order, when canciled by agent .This is a refundable order. pickup by agent but cancled by 1 hr and not delivered to me.

it should improve its timeline for delivery and delivery status updates from ground level , Mine order has to be delivered two days ago still no updates nor even i am able to connect with any customer care service.

Absolutely Disgraceful, Pathetic, and Completely Unacceptable Service! This is one of the most frustrating and pathetic delivery experiences I have ever faced. My order has been delayed since last week, and the delivery date keeps getting changed day after day without any proper explanation, accountability, or commitment. This is not just poor service; it is a complete failure of basic customer service standards. Flipkart should remove immediately Ekart logistics from their delivery service.
