I am extremely disappointed with the handling of my shipment. I placed my order on 20 April 2026, and after an unusually long delay, the tracking information now shows that the shipment has been delivered on 28 April 2026 at 1:29 PM. However, I would like to inform you that I have not received the package. Shipment Details: Reference Number: ALEMBIC2701 Waybill Number: 34743752713 This is a very serious issue. Despite waiting for several days, my order has still not reached me. Showing the shipment as delivered when it has not been received is completely unacceptable. I request you to immediately investigate this matter and provide a resolution at the earliest. If my shipment cannot be located and delivered promptly, I will be forced to file a formal complaint with the appropriate authorities. Alternatively, I request a full refund and cancellation of the order, as I no longer wish to continue with this inconvenience. Please treat this matter as urgent and respond immediately.
