This company provides terrible service. It has been a month and a half since I sent a shipment; the parcel was never delivered to the designated address and was returned, yet I still haven't received it. Despite speaking to customer care three times, no action has been taken so far. Therefore, I urge everyone not to use this company for shipping items; there are many other companies available—please use them instead.

Very very poor service, 10 days ho gye h abhi tak hmara parcel nhi aaya h, agar aap time pr delivery nhi kr skre to apni service bandh kr dijiye, taki dusre log paresan na hoo. Don't purchase this curiar service. Very very very poor service. 😡😡😡😡😡
