1. No human customer care number to talk to. 2. Shipment reached last mile delivery Centre yesterday and it's still not yet delivered till today.

I strongly recommend against using Delhivery for any courier needs because their service is terrible. My package has been stuck for 8 days and hasn't reached the destination. It is sitting right here in the city. They update the status to "Out for Delivery," but then look at the address and cancel it. They give fake reasons like "Customer Unavailable," hold the package back, and keep rescheduling it. They aren't even sending it to a nearby branch, nor are they calling to ask the customer to pick it up. They have been playing these games and harassing me for a week. Please, nobody use Delhivery. Instead, use Professional Couriers, Ekart, or Shadowfax. The Challakere Delhivery branch is pathetic, and the staff there is completely useless. I strongly urge everyone not to book with them. The Delhivery service guys here are absolutely good for nothing.

Na enoda parcel vanagve ila...enaku call panaga antha time na busy ah irunthen..again avaga call panaga...antha lady ipo otp solunga...again call panuga oru 4.30 ku sonaga..na call panum pothey sone enoda address....but en mobile la en magan avaga number ah delete Pani vidan...ipo na contact pana mudila...enoda amount waste ah pochu...avaga again delivery pan irukanum la... Or return panirukanum...ipo na pay pana amount waste again prodcut ah purchase paniruken
