I did not receive my order yet and This is regarding my shipment 14650160108074. I have received a call from one of the xpressbees delivery agent on 1st September and stated that they will deliver the order next day which is on 2nd September. And he also took the unattempt delivery code. Till now I did not get any order. Tried calling customer care but not getting connected. I wanted to escalate the issue as the delivery procedure is very negligible. Even now on website its showing as customer rescheduled for future delivery which is not true I totally deny this as I did not say this. Even today I got the message arriving today but no call from delivery agent and directly received message stating delivery attempt rescheduled. How can you reschedule without my consent 😡😡😡
