No rules for Delivery guys. No discipline!!! Please Teach your guys some manners. Tell them its their job delivering consignments not a favour. Also ask them to handle parcels well. They are not allowed to throw and deliver.

I got out for delivery message 4 days before, but they're not contacted me till now. I didn't get my parcel and didn't get the delivery executive number. Very bad service

delivery date is over, agent did not contact again, they simply cancel the product parcel.

ordered an Air Conditioner (Order ID: LRLC4995462436) which was supposed to be delivered by [Date]. It hasn't arrived yet, and there is no clear update on the tracking. This is very disappointing. Please resolve this immediately or process a refund."
