I am writing this review with the intention that no other customer should suffer like I did. My shipment (Tracking ID: SALP0001449831) reached Ekart – Boat Club Hub, Chennai, but was never delivered to me. No delivery executive called me, no one visited my address, and I never rejected the order. Despite this, the parcel was wrongly marked as “ORDER_REJECT / Returned (RTO)” from this hub. This is a false update and a very serious issue. What is more disappointing: There is no contact number available for Ekart Boat Club Hub Chennai Ekart customer care calls are denied or unreachable Emails sent to Ekart received no response There is zero accountability When I checked Google reviews, I noticed that most people have rated this hub only 1 to 3 stars, with similar complaints: No delivery attempts No calls Parcels returned without reason This clearly shows a pattern of poor service and customer dissatisfaction. Because of this negligence, customers face mental stress, time loss, and inconvenience. A courier hub like this should either improve immediately or be reviewed seriously by management, as it affects many people. I am writing this not just for myself, but for future customers — so they are aware before trusting this hub. Very poor service. Not recommended.
