"I have not received my ordered item yet. The promised delivery date has already passed, and I am unable to track the shipment. The tracking status shows that the package has reached the 'nearest hub,' but it does not specify which hub or where it is located. It has been almost 10 days since I placed the order. I am completely unable to know the current status or whereabouts of my item. Kindly look into this urgently and update me."
