I am writing this with extreme frustration regarding the worst delivery experience. My Tracking No: FMPP4151596587 was CANCELLED ENTIRELY WITHOUT MY PERMISSION by your highly unprofessional delivery executive. I clearly informed him to deliver it the next day as my office was closed, and he agreed to it. Why on earth did he cancel it then? Is this the kind of pathetic service you provide to your customers? I am not going to accept a standard automated apology for this. Your delivery person made a mistake, and I lost my order. I demand you to either re-create the order from your end immediately or ensure I get the exact same product delivered at the EXACT SAME PRICE I originally ordered it for. I am not going to pay a single rupee extra for your executive's fault. If this is not resolved with a proper solution within 24 hours, I will escalate this to the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) and highlight this terrible experience across social media platforms. I expect a call from a senior executive immediately.

Today is a delivery date...they just give a missed call how can ill call again, if ill tried to call again, that is the SPAM number then how can i, they are worst delivery partners they give just a missed call and they marked customers not responding, out of station
