Delivery guy denies to give medicine parcel to my parents who are 70 and 80 years old because they stay in 1st floor. He insisted them to come. He returned parcel dening he cannot go to 1st floor. What the people whi lives in appartment do. What is the meaning of door step delivery when delivery boy deniy to reach the location.

Everyday It was out for delivery and then delivery failed, since 18th Dec, no one came to my door on the address given, they called once, I tried to call back but they would just cut the line, I already paid this order, it's pathetic service by Ekart,
