Completely opaque system with a completely automated customer service. No one to refer your problem to. No one to listen. The worst delivery people who can't even come 1.5 km from their delivery hub to deliver a parcel.

Subject: Complaint Regarding Non-Delivery and Unjustified Return of My Parcel I am writing to file a complaint regarding the mishandling of my parcel by your delivery service. My parcel was never delivered to me. Instead, it remained at your delivery hub for several days. I made multiple attempts to contact the delivery partner using the phone number provided in the app, but every time I called, my calls were disconnected without being answered. As a result, I was unable to communicate with the delivery partner or arrange the delivery. Meanwhile, the app repeatedly showed that my order would be delivered within the next 48 hours. However, despite these updates, no delivery attempt was made, and I did not receive my parcel. I have now discovered that the order has been marked as "Returned to Sender" without ever being delivered to me. The parcel contained items that were extremely important and time-sensitive. Because of your delivery team's negligence and failure to provide the promised service, I have faced significant inconvenience and unnecessary hardship. I request that this matter be investigated immediately, appropriate action be taken against the responsible delivery partner, and a satisfactory resolution be provided as soon as possible.

its a one day delivery but its been 4 days still they were not delivered..i have attached my contact info kindly say which hub were the product kept so i can collect it..

23 july 2026 ki delivery show kar raha tha lekin Aaj 28 July 2026 tak bhi delivery nahin Hui Hai jabki delivery adress per daily delivery karne aate Hain lekin mere is parcel ko koi abhi tak nahin lekar aaya
