23 july 2026 ki delivery show kar raha tha lekin Aaj 28 July 2026 tak bhi delivery nahin Hui Hai jabki delivery adress per daily delivery karne aate Hain lekin mere is parcel ko koi abhi tak nahin lekar aaya

Worst and Pathetic service. Firstly order delivered very late, secondly when delivery came, the delivery person refused to deliver at home. I was told to collect the huge parcel from society gate. It was raining heavily, delivery person refuse to take parcel till door. Delhivery person was very rude.

Very poor service. I will never choose DTDC again. The delivery agent claimed my address was incomplete and refused home delivery. However, when I collected the parcel, my full address was clearly printed on it. When questioned, I received contradictory explanations. I've never had such a disappointing experience with any other courier service.
