SYSTEM'S OF TRACKING IS VERY POOR AS WELL AS ON 4TH DAY IT WAS DELIVERED AFTER TO MANY EFFORTS BY ME. REQUIRED TO IMPROVE THE SERVICE. WELL KNOWN COURIER SERVICE BUT RESULTS ARE NOT AS PER THE NAME OF THE COURIER SERVICE.

worst & third class courier service. last 5 days courier boy only asked me - you are at home, i m replied yes and whithin an second i received the msg "undeliver your order due to customer not responde" how is it possible. and the today is hike of the delivery boy, he calle d me and said Madam I m in front of your builiding and im coming to deliver your order. i m waiting for him but after 15 min. i m received the same msg "undeliver your order due to customer not responded." Please is courier service ko band kardo. fake courier service hai. i m also complaining this service on cosumer portal.

I have faced this issue more than twice, and I still do not understand what the actual problem is. The service has been extremely poor. There are no proper contact details available, and I have not received any proper updates regarding the delivery. This is unacceptable. A delivery involving sensitive items like a credit card should be handled with much more responsibility and security. The current handling of this matter is highly disappointing. If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will be forced to file a police complaint regarding the mishandling of sensitive financial documents.

Poor Courier Service, Not Proper answer, Not urgency respociblity, parcel recived at location but no one deliverd parcel more then 4-5 days after coming parcel
