I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with the delivery services currently provided in Zunheboto. Despite paying delivery fees online, customers are frequently required to travel to your local office to collect packages ourselves because your service does not extend to our specific locality. This is highly inconvenient and fails to meet the basic expectations of a delivery service. Furthermore, the current system for returns is equally problematic. There is no option for doorstep pickup; instead, customers must manually drop off return packages at your office. This lack of service makes the entire process both frustrating and inefficient. I request that you immediately address these logistical issues by implementing reliable home delivery for both outgoing and return packages in our area. I look forward to seeing a significant improvement in your service standards.

Parcel was reached at delivery branch and the delivery was attempt on 1st nov and the delivery person was said we will arrange next day after that from 3 days he did not attempt the delivery

No contact no update no any call from courier or delivery person we received message on 2nd November from the website we purchased the product but still the parcel is not met at me really disappointed with the delhivery courier not expected from this courier.
