My product is not delivered on time. It is delayed by 7 days. I was planned to give it to someone on his birthday as a gift, but I failed to do it due to your poor service. I am very disappointed with your service. PLEASE DELIVER MY ORDER AT EARLIEST. I have not yet received it and no any proper justification is received regarding cause of the delay in delivery.

Dear Support Team, I am writing regarding my pending order. The delivery agent collected the OTP on Friday, promising delivery, but I have not received it yet.
