i have not recieved my parcel yet. even though it shows that my parcel in in my city still i cant get a hold on my order, there is no proper contact number available at local delievery partner. worst experience of my life with blue dart

Pathetic, delivery agent don't pick the call, in fact Delhivery itself is cheap service, morning I received message at 10:50 AM that parcel is out for delivery and I live just 5 kms away from Pisoli Hub, that time the delivery agent name was some else. Later it got changed. Now it's 9 pm still no call and the new agent assigned is not picking my call

My order not came till now from 20 to 25 days and they all are not picking calls sometimes they call but that time they say anything

Thia is not the first time bluedart does it always, no one comes and they blame the consinee saying not available or does not provide otp etc. hopeless i have highlighted this earlier as well and u all replied the same like today but it doesn't fix the issue. So its a carelessness from bluedart they never deliver the product on time. U all need to understand that the product or the document means a lot to reach on given time or delivery date. Because people plan thier personal work and financial work with the product to be delivered. If u dont deliver on time people cant use the document or product hence they face financial loss. And for all this loss bluedart is responsible. Compensation should be claimed from blue dart for all this loss customer or consignee faces. Hopeless company, jinta acha tha usse jyada bakwas service ho gaya hai bluedart. Band krdo agar ni chala paa re ho to, faltu ka kyun matha pechi kr re ho bluedart. Bho... D k.
