Delivery Boy is bad behaviour porr service

The delivery boy just missed called me and make the product undelivered for consequetive 2 days but when I called him back he didn't receive and next again I call him but he behaves very rudely that the product can not be delivered because he don't want to deliver and at the same time around 8:18 pm he missed call 3 times, no proper call .I called him back ,he didn't respond.And updated it as consignee not available. The product is medicine for my parents,for his unprofessional behaviour and attitude my parent will not get medicine for few days,it's a biggest failure.And also there is option to raise a query, complaint and 2nd line option get these type of problem to be solved in your delivery system.

packet delivered has only one ladies suit instead of six
