Poor service bina call kare parcel return kardete hai aur na coustomer care ya koi other sport milta hai.

Your delivery agent Monika Dwivedi is rude and highly unprofessional. I was expecting a parcel delivery from Flipkart today. She came at my apartment, took approval at 1:13p.m. and went away without delivering the parcel. I kept on calling her but no response. She came again at 2:45 without any approval and when I cross questioned her as she kept me waiting for more than an hour ,she said she went to have lunch. She didn't deliver the parcel, misbehaved and went away. This is the third time in the row that she has kept me waiting for more than 1 hour. Last time she had work in her child's school and went for breakfast. There is nothing wrong in following your daily routine but not when you have any parcel to deliver and have taken approval and the customer is waiting for you. She is rude, unprofessional, lacks basic etiquette. I have raised the issue in Flipkart and I request Ekart to take action against her as well. I don't want to see her again with any of my parcel.
