The worst organization one can ever. Initiate RTO without approaching to the customer and they even don't call the receiver or initiate the delivery. Never approach to this firm for any courier service.

Delivery boy galat time batate hai or pickup nahi karte hai or apne hisab se hi cancle pickup kar dete hai very very bed services

Bad very bad service parcel already reached at the destination but your delivery agent did not contact and the status shows wrong address, and rescheduled the delivery. And till date no delivery, I doubt for duplicacy of the product
