Today is a delivery date...they just give a missed call how can ill call again, if ill tried to call again, that is the SPAM number then how can i, they are worst delivery partners they give just a missed call and they marked customers not responding, out of station

It has been 4-5 days since my parcel arrived, yet the local eKart delivery person hasn't delivered it. They are holding onto the parcel, citing some reason.
